Privacy Policy
What information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Nexta Solutions LLC ("Nexta", "we", "us") is a New Mexico limited liability company with its mailing address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit nexta.solutions, contact us, become a client, or interact with services we run for our clients (such as an AI agent on a client's website).
1. Two roles we play
- As a business (controller). For our website visitors, enquiries, clients and suppliers, we decide how personal information is used, and this policy applies directly.
- On behalf of our clients (processor). When we run campaigns, AI agents, automations or websites for a client, we process their customers' data only on that client's instructions. If you talked to an AI agent on another business's website, that business is responsible for your data, and its privacy policy applies. We help our clients respond to any requests you make.
2. Information we collect
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address, company, website, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
- Website chat assistant: the messages you type into the "Ask Nexta" chat and the page you are on. Your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. Chat history is kept only in your browser tab until you close it. If you share your name and email in the chat and ask us to follow up, we receive a summary of your request and the conversation by email.
- Client information: contact and billing details, contracts and invoices, and the account access you give us to deliver the Services.
- Payment information: handled by our payment and banking providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: when you visit our website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site.
3. How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send a proposal (based on your request, or steps before a contract).
- To deliver our Services and Software and send invoices and service messages (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent spam and abuse (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To send occasional news about our services, only if you have agreed or are an existing client, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
4a. Live AI demos
The demos on our Demos page send what you type (and, for the website and competitor demos, the public web page you name; for the autopilot demo, the rows of the file you upload) to Anthropic, PBC, which runs the Claude model that generates the reply. Anthropic processes this under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. We don't store your inputs or the replies; short-lived technical logs (such as request counts and error messages) are kept by our hosting provider for up to 30 days to keep the demos running and to prevent abuse. Please don't enter personal, confidential or health information into the demos, except in the instant proposal demo, where you may choose to give your name, work email and company so we can follow up on the proposal; that proposal and the conversation are emailed to our team and kept with our other enquiries. The replies are AI-generated drafts and may be wrong.
5. Service providers we share data with
We share personal information only with providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security, and delivering contact form and chat messages by email.
- Anthropic, PBC: the AI model behind our website chat assistant and demos.
- Email and productivity providers: to receive and answer messages.
- Banking, payment and accounting providers: to send invoices and receive payments.
- AI model providers (Anthropic, PBC for the demos on this website; Anthropic, OpenAI or Google for client work): to generate content and run AI agents. We use these services under business terms or settings that stop them from using our clients' data or your demo inputs to train their models.
- Advertising, analytics, CRM and email platforms our clients choose (for example Meta, Google, HubSpot or Klaviyo), when we operate them for a client.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our team and providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the UK or other regions with transfer rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries from people who do not become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client records, contracts and invoices: for the duration of our relationship and up to 7 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes.
- Data we process for clients: until our work ends, then returned or deleted, unless the client asks otherwise or the law requires us to keep it.
8. Security
We protect personal information with access controls, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access on a need-to-know basis. No system is completely secure, and we will notify affected people and authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain uses, including direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. To make a request, email contact@nexta.solutions. We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days (or sooner if your local law requires).
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated, and we will tell clients about significant changes by email.
